We will provide this notice to existing customers once per calendar year.

Personal Information that you provide in connection with your applying or receiving a loan are protected to the best of our ability. Examples of this information are: name, address, social security number, phone number, and email address. Advantage Auto Finance has a strict (no exceptions) policy to keep all customer information private. Advantage Auto Finance protects this personal information regardless of physical or electronic format. Advantage Auto Finance employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement to help protect private customer information. Personal information about your transactions such as account balances and payment history are also kept private. In addition, all information we receive from consumer reporting agencies, such as credit history are also kept private.
Policy for Sharing Information
Advantage Auto Finance does NOT share personal information with third parties with the exception of repossession agencies and credit reporting agencies. Repossession agencies are provided with account information on an as needed basis. In this case our Repossession vendors are required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Credit reporting agencies receive payment history information on a monthly basis.
